Sue Anne Stoermer & Emily Winker from Elderbridge Agency on Aging will discuss services provided by Elderbridge to their 29 county service area in Iowa. Included in this discussion will be information on their “Ready? Set, Retire!” program, Caregiver Support Program, Grandparent/ Older Relative Caregiver Program, and a Dementia Friends Training Session.
