Kellie Krieger, RN, Lakes Regional Healthcare, Spirit Lake, IA
Kellie is the employee and occupational health nurse at Lakes Regional Healthcare. Kellie has chaired the wellness committee at LRH for 5+ years. The LRH Health and Wellness Program focuses on assisting employees in improving their physical and mental health to create a work environment that makes the “healthy choice, they easy choice.”
Travis Burgett, MBA, Integrated Corporate Wellness Solutions, Somerset, KY
Travis Burgett is President and Co-Founder of Integrated Corporate Wellness Solutions (ICWS). After working for 13 years on the health care delivery side, he launched ICWS in 2016 with a focus on improving health within populations, focusing on wellbeing and health improvement and prevention instead of disease treatment. As a part of the wellbeing work within ICWS, the team created four pillars of wellbeing, Eat Well, Sleep Well, Move Well and Think Well. These guiding principles undergird all of the wellness efforts of ICWS and their work with clients.

Pam Pikus is the Health & Productivity Manager at AssuredPartners, the 11th largest insurance broker in the country. Pam consults with middle and large market clients’ needs for health and wellness to create organized and proven strategic wellness plans that deliver employer and employee satisfaction, behavior change, and ultimately drive a downward trend in medical, Rx and worker’s compensation claims.
Pam has a diverse work background with 10 years of experience in corporate wellness, public health, and employee benefits. She has a passion for delivering high quality health care, developing relationships, and improving the health of our clients through strategic wellness programming and utilizing data. Pam has experience working with groups of all sizes to improve the overall health of their employees. She has done this by utilizing claims data to help identify the health needs of the population to help reduce health care costs and improve behavior change.
Pam holds two Master’s degrees in Public Health and Health Promotion from Indiana University and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Miami University, with a major in Mathematics. She is a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist and licensed life and health agent. Pam believes in serving local communities. She is a member of Junior League Nashville, serves on the city of Nolensville Economic Development Advisory Committee, and participates in local volunteering events.
