Patti Guenther is the Learning and Development Leader at MaxYield Cooperative and has been in that position for 7 years. Patti graduated from ISU in 1994 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She then received her Master of Arts in Specialized Ministry from St. Paul School of Theology, Kansas City, in 2004. So what does someone with a business and chaplaincy background do for a livinig? Well, human resources, of course! And, for Patti, corporate learning and development is a natural fit for her gift of helping others become better at who they are and what they do at MaxYield. Along with coordinating and creating workplace learning, Patti successfully initiated and developed MaxYield's On-Boarding program for new hires, and MaxYield's Leadership Development program that is designed for emerging leadership talent. Patti lives in rural Corwith, IA. In her spare time, she enjoys playing the piano, gardening, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
